Tino Kuban, Jeremy Carteret & Alessandro Salvan
Tino Kuban is a shining example of the new wave in Burgundian natural winemaking, combining tradition with fearless innovation. His approach is rooted in biodynamic farming and minimal intervention, crafting wines that are raw, authentic, and a true reflection of their terroir. Unlike many, Kuban works exclusively with fruit from his own meticulously tended vineyards in Meursault and the Côte Chalonnaise.
Jérémy Carteret is a dynamic young winemaker based in La Rochepot, Côte de Beaune, Burgundy. With roots deeply tied to Burgundy’s finest through a decade at Domaine Benjamin Leroux, Carteret launched his own estate, A Fleur de Peau, in 2022. His approach is fiercely organic and minimalist, letting the terroir speak loud and clear.
Alessandro Salvano is part of a bold new generation reshaping Piemonte’s wine narrative. Based just outside the Barolo zone, he doesn’t follow the rules—he rewrites them. With his project Drink Wines Not Labels (DWNL), Salvano strips away all the noise and focuses on what truly matters: raw, expressive, soulful wine. No dogma, no distractions—just grapes, soil, and instinct. His cellar work is ultra-low intervention, relying on wild ferments, no fining or filtering.

Alessandro Salvano – DWNL Pinot Nero 2023
Pinot from Piemonte? Hell yes. Salvano’s 2023 Pinot Nero isn’t trying to mimic Burgundy—it’s something entirely its own. Grown in the Langhe hills, this wine is bright, lifted, and alive, packed with fresh cherry, crushed herbs, and a whisper of wild forest floor. It’s juicy, unfussy, but far from simple. A touch of reduction gives it a raw, electric edge, making it the kind of bottle you finish faster than you planned. This is Pinot with attitude—untamed, direct, and dangerously drinkable. A rebel in a bottle.
