1. When can I expect the next drop?

By the end of 2026, I will be able to release around 20 Drops. We work with winemakers from all over the world, and Drops usually happen about every two weeks.

For tax reasons, I can currently only allow the following countries:

France
Germany
Spain
Italy
Austria
I’m very sorry, but I won’t be adding any more countries in the future.

You can register for each Drop via the Between Two Bottles portal.

Each Drop is only open for a limited time. You’ll only see it in the portal once it’s live. If you sign up for the newsletter, you’ll receive all the info and updates for each Drop.

Boxes are allocated fairly using a points-based system, so everyone has the same chance. If you don’t get selected this time, your chances increase for the next Drop.

You’ll receive all notifications through the portal. You’ll be informed as soon as you get an allocation

Within a few days you will receive another email with an invoice. Please pay the invoice within 3 days. Otherwise your allocation will go to the next applicant

Unfortunately not! We only accept bank transfers

No, there’s no need to send a confirmation. The system records your payment automatically, and you’ll receive an email confirmation a few days later once it has been processed.

BTB is still a one-woman show, and I manage everything myself. Since I also travel now and then to discover new winemakers, please note that deliveries always take around one month. We make sure to communicate this clearly before each drop

Please get in touch with me directly so I can help you resolve it:

Please pick up your package promptly. ChronoPost only holds parcels for 8 days at pickup points before returning them to sender. After that period, your package will be sent back to me. A re-shipment will NOT be covered by Between Two Bottles. At that point, we can also no longer guarantee the quality of the wine.

You’ll receive all notifications through the portal. You’ll be as soon as your package is send

All packages are shipped with Chrono Post.

Unfortunately not — I don’t keep any extra stock. Once the allocations are done, that’s it.

We communicate all drops via Instagram and I also send out a newsletter shortly before the start of registration

No. Please read the box description carefully before applying, as the number of bottles included varies from one drop to another.

Please contact me immediately if anything appears to be incorrect or if you experience any issues with the delivery service.

Orders are usually shipped within approximately one month after the drop. If you have not received your package within this timeframe, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can investigate.

Please note that delivery complaints can only be submitted within 12 weeks of the respective drop. Unfortunately, I may no longer be able to assist with claims reported after this period.

No. The name on the bottle must match the person who received the allocation.

The personalised label is part of our anti-resale policy and allows each bottle to remain traceable. Allowing names to be changed would make the system easier to bypass and would reduce its effectiveness.

To protect the winemakers, ensure a fair allocation process and apply the same rules to everyone, we are unable to replace the buyer’s name or make exceptions.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The name on the bottle must match the person who received the allocation.

The personalised name is an important part of our anti-resale policy and helps keep every bottle traceable. Allowing name changes would make the system easier to bypass and much harder to manage fairly.

Between Two Bottles is also a one-woman operation, so I am unfortunately unable to handle individual name changes or exceptions. Applying the same rule to everyone keeps the process clear, fair and manageable.
