Romain et Thomas Henin are part of a new generation reshaping Champagne from the inside out. After gaining experience with Sébastien Mouzon and Henri Giraud, Romain took over his family’s domaine in Aÿ in 2021, bringing with him a fresh, uncompromising vision. The estate, originally founded by their father Pascal Hénin, spans just 1.2 hectares across Grand and Premier Cru vineyards in Aÿ, Chouilly, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Dizy, and the Marne Valley.

A pure expression of place and intention – this single-vineyard Champagne captures the essence of Hénin’s philosophy.
It’s a blend of 50% Pinot Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir, and 10% Chardonnay, disgorged on December 20th, 2024.
Crafted with zero dosage and no added sulfur, this wine feels transparent and honest. It expresses its origin without mask or artifice, offering a refined yet organic tasting experience.
