Inside the box

2023 La Cruci Blanc: A young vineyard in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, exclusively planted with Chardonnay. Aged in used 228-liter piéces barrels, with spontaneous fermentation in barrel followed by a 10-month élevage, showcasing purity and elegance.

2023 L’Ouverture Rosé: Sourced from two vineyards in the Côte Chalonnaise, this rosé captures the vibrant essence of the region. Fresh and lively, it highlights delicate fruit notes.

2023 La Moiré Blanc: North-west facing vineyard planted with Aligoté, grown on shallow limestone and clay soils in Cheilly-lès-Maranges. This wine reveals a striking minerality, balanced by a vibrant acidity.

2023 L’Ouverture Rouge: Crafted from two vineyards in the Côte Chalonnaise, this red blend features 70% Pinot Noir with 30% direct-pressed Pinot Noir. The result is a bright, fruit-driven red with a delicate structure and a smooth, refreshing finish.

2023 Les Écully Rouge: From ancient Gamay vineyards in the Beaujolais, grown on sandy soils. Produced using semi-carbonic maceration to highlight its juicy, red-fruit character, while maintaining freshness and complexity.

2023 La Leux Rouge: A whole-bunch fermented Pinot Noir from a 60-year-old vineyard in Saint-Jean-de-Vaux. This wine offers depth and complexity, with layers of spice and earthiness, balanced by a vibrant core of fruit.
