Drop 12 is here!

LES 3 AMIS
I’m beyond excited to share our delicious wine drop Nr. 12 with you!

Jeremy Carteret

Established in 2022

Experience the finesse and elegance of Burgundy with „Euphoria“ from Jeremy Carteret, a name synonymous with quality and craftsmanship.

Jérémy Carteret’s Euphoria Rouge is a striking example of what the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune can deliver in the right hands. Sourced from a tiny 0.40 ha plot in Fussey, the Pinot Noir vines are farmed organically and left unhedged, giving a high canopy and naturally balanced fruit. Carteret ferments the wine with 100% whole clusters. The élevage is a mix of seasoned barrels and a 600-liter clay jar, which adds energy and textural finesse. Minimal sulfur is used, and the wine is bottled by hand, reflecting Carteret’s artisanal touch.. This is Burgundy at its most modern and vibrant—expressive, transparent, and utterly drinkable. With production so limited, every bottle feels like a glimpse into Carteret’s evolving vision of Pinot Noir.

Maison Glandien

Established in 2018

Maison Glandien, founded by Tino Kuban is turning heads in Burgundy for years now.  L’Ouverture Rosé 2024 captures this spirit, crafted with the same precision and seriousness that he gives to his Pinot Noirs. Crafted from Côte Chalonnaise fruit picked in the cool of early morning, this rosé captures both vibrancy and precision. Fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts and aged in seasoned Les Jardins Vivants oak, it reveals a delicate balance between texture and purity. Tino Kuban gives his Roses the same attention as his Pinot Noirs, a philosophy that results in a wine of striking seriousness. L’Ouverture Rosé 2024 is complex, expressive, and built with the same craftsmanship as the region’s top reds. Minimal intervention highlights its authenticity, while its elegance and length place it among the most ambitious WHITES of Burgundy. If you want to understand the style of Mr. Kuban, you must begin with his rosé.

Isabel Claire

Established in 2023

Claire 2024 is the second vintage of Isabel Claire’s own Pinot Noir, crafted from organically farmed 60-year-old vines in Mercurey. These venerable vines produce naturally low yields, giving the wine intensity and depth while maintaining freshness. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in seasoned oak, it captures purity and terroir expression rather than power. Aromas of red berries, cherries, and violets unfold with subtle spice and mineral lift.  The old vines lend structure and persistence, while the winemaking emphasizes elegance and vibrancy. This is a thoughtful Burgundy that combines delicacy with complexity, authenticity with charm. With production measured only in cases, each bottle is both rare and personal—a clear reflection of Isabel Claire’s vision in Burgundy.

Tino Kuban

Tino Kuban is a name that commands attention in the world of winemaking. At just 30 years old, Tino has already made a significant impact, bringing his expertise and passion to Maison Glandien and Les Jardins Vivants in Burgundy. Having worked in renowned wine regions all over the world, he combines global experience with a clear personal vision.

Fully committed to biodynamic practices, Tino manages every step himself, from vineyard to cellar, with an unwavering respect for nature. He relies exclusively on Stockinger barrels, adding an extra layer of precision and elegance to his wines.

Known for his uncompromising standards, Tino Kuban’s wines are celebrated for their pure, crystal-clear fruit flavors—concentrated, rich, and utterly mouthwatering. His dedication to his craft and his ability to consistently exceed expectations make him a winemaker to watch and a true asset to the wine world.

Isabel Claire

Isabel  refined her skills at Maison Glandien and Les Jardins Vivants in Meursault, gaining experience in every aspect of the craft. For the past three years, she has contributed to the winemaking process in Meursault.

In 2023, Isabel set out to create her own wine with a fresh perspective—one that highlights fruit-forward flavors while honoring tradition and the pursuit of the highest quality. Her dedication and unique approach led to an exceptional debut, with just 400 bottles produced in the first vintage. Building on a great feedback, she was able to double production in 2024, crafting 800 bottles while staying true to her vision.
