1. When can I expect the next drop?
By the end of 2026, I will be able to release around 20 Drops. We work with winemakers from all over the world, and Drops usually happen about every two weeks.
2. For which countries are the drops available?
For tax reasons, I can currently only allow the following countries:
France
Germany
Spain
Italy
Austria
I’m very sorry, but I won’t be adding any more countries in the future.
3. How can I apply?
You can register for each Drop via the Between Two Bottles portal.
Each Drop is only open for a limited time. You’ll only see it in the portal once it’s live. If you sign up for the newsletter, you’ll receive all the info and updates for each Drop.
4. Who receives a box?
Boxes are allocated fairly using a points-based system, so everyone has the same chance. If you don’t get selected this time, your chances increase for the next Drop.
5. Will I be notified as soon as I have received an allocation?
You’ll receive all notifications through the portal. You’ll be informed as soon as you get an allocation
6. What happens after I receive an email that I have received an allocation?
Within a few days you will receive another email with an invoice. Please pay the invoice within 3 days. Otherwise your allocation will go to the next applicant
7. Is there any other way to pay the invoice than by bank transfer?
Unfortunately not! We only accept bank transfers
8. Do I need to send you a confirmation once I’ve made the payment?
No, there’s no need to send a confirmation. The system records your payment automatically, and you’ll receive an email confirmation a few days later once it has been processed.
9. Why do I have to expect delivery times of one month and longer at Between two Bottles?
BTB is still a one-woman show, and I manage everything myself. Since I also travel now and then to discover new winemakers, please note that deliveries always take around one month. We make sure to communicate this clearly before each drop
10. What should I do if I have a problem with my package?

11. My package is being held at the parcel station. What should I do?
Please pick up your package promptly. ChronoPost only holds parcels for 8 days at pickup points before returning them to sender. After that period, your package will be sent back to me. A re-shipment will NOT be covered by Between Two Bottles. At that point, we can also no longer guarantee the quality of the wine.
12. Will I receive a shipping confirmation and where can I find my tracking number?
You’ll receive all notifications through the portal. You’ll be as soon as your package is send
13. Which provider do you use for shipping
All packages are shipped with Chrono Post.
14. Is there another chance to get a box after the drop?
Unfortunately not — I don’t keep any extra stock. Once the allocations are done, that’s it.
15. How do I find out about the new drop?
We communicate all drops via Instagram and I also send out a newsletter shortly before the start of registration
16. How big are the boxes? Is there always the same number of bottles?
No! Please read the exact description of the box carefully. The number of bottles varies.
17. I didn`t get my box?!
Please make sure to send me a message if anything seems off. Drops are usually shipped about one month later. If you haven’t received your package within that time, let me know right away—also if you encounter any issues with the postal service. Please note that complaints can only be accepted up to 12 weeks after the drop
