Drop 12 – Les 3 Amis

Jérémy Carteret grew up surrounded by vineyards and worked with respected names such as Benjamin Leroux and Domaine du Comte Armand before starting his own project in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. His approach is minimalist: whole-cluster fermentations, native yeasts, and no additives. His wines, like his Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Euphoria, show purity and freshness while keeping a clear Burgundian identity.

Drop 11 – Outside

Alessandro Salvano is a maverick in the world of Piedmontese winemaking, a region steeped in tradition yet often bound by rules. Salvano doesn’t just follow the path of Barolo — he steps outside of it. His vineyard, located just outside the official Barolo zone, sits on the same prestigious soils, but the philosophy is a

Drop 10 – Mixed martial arts

Martial Angeli continues the legacy of his father, Mark Angeli, at La Ferme de la Sansonnière in Anjou — one of the pioneering estates for biodynamic wine in the Loire. With deep respect for nature and zero compromise on purity, Martial crafts intense, soulful wines from Chenin Blanc, Grolleau, and Cabernet Franc.

Drop 9 – fifty shades of pinot

Tino Kuban is a shining example of the new wave in Burgundian natural winemaking, combining tradition with fearless innovation. His approach is rooted in biodynamic farming and minimal intervention, crafting wines that are raw, authentic, and a true reflection of their terroir. Unlike many, Kuban works exclusively with

Drop 8- L’Odyssee petillante

Romain et Thomas Henin are part of a new generation reshaping Champagne from the inside out. After gaining experience with Sébastien Mouzon and Henri Giraud, Romain took over his family’s domaine in Aÿ in 2021, bringing with him a fresh, uncompromising vision. The estate, originally founded by their father Pascal Hénin, spans just 1.2 hectares across Grand and Premier Cru vineyards in Aÿ, Chouilly, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Dizy, and the Marne Valley.

Drop 7 – L’òrigine Box

We’re back with another amazing drop in collaboration with Tino Kuban – and it’s a special one. For Drop No. 7, we’re introducing the Maison Glandien “L’Origine” Box, featuring three wines that capture Tino’s precision, purity, and deep connection to Burgundy.

Drop 6 – Under the Radar Burgundy

Drop 6 from Between Two Bottles spotlights the exceptional wines of Domaine Jean Javillier & Fils, a family-run estate in Meursault, Burgundy. Established in 1933, this domaine has remained relatively under the radar, with only about 5% of its production distributed within France. Notably, they

Drop 5 – Realize the german potential

For Drop No. 5, we’re bringing together three of Germany’s most exciting biodynamic winemakers — producers who push boundaries while staying deeply rooted in their terroir. Jonas, Philipp, and Lukas Seckinger from Weingut Seckinger in the Pfalz are redefining German Riesling with their minimal-intervention

Drop 4 – maison glandien Box

In the heart of Burgundy, Maison Glandien is quietly redefining what it means to craft wine with integrity and passion. Led by the young winemaker Tino Kuban, this  project is a celebration of nature’s bounty and the art of minimal intervention. With a steadfast commitment to organic practices, Kuban sources only the finest grapes, allowing the natural essence of each terroir to shine through

Drop 3 – ENSEMBLE BOX

Isabel Claire is the kind of person who didn’t “get into wine” — she jumped in head first. After a first career far away from vineyards, she trained hands-on at Maison Glandien and Les Jardins Vivants, learning the real work in Meursault and Mercurey alongside Tino Kuban. In 2023 she bottled her first own Pinot Noir from organically farmed 60-year-old vines in Mercurey. Tiny production, no makeup, no noise — just a very personal, very Burgundian statement.
